Processing Time:
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received. During holidays, promotions, or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer. 

Shipping:
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Delivery times vary based on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

Warm Weather Notice: Our body butters are made with natural ingredients and may soften or melt when exposed to high temperatures during transit. This does not affect the quality or effectiveness of the product. If your body butter arrives softened, place it in a cool area or refrigerator until it returns to its normal consistency.

Incorrect Addresses:
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Rose of Aura is not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect shipping information provided at checkout. Lost or Stolen Packages:
Once an order has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, Rose of Aura is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. Please contact the shipping carrier directly for assistance.
